Lypovi rosy
SHORT DESCRIPTION
The site is located in the Lypnyky village in 15 km to Lviv, in a 15-minute ride only. Unfortunately, many such settlements play the role of a conditional "bedroom suburb" when all active public life concentrates within the city. Our goal at designing this area is to create, within the suburban boundaries, an urban type agglomeration, filled with all accompanying features and infrastructure, which includes a kindergarten, restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities. We would like to encourage and provide future residents with a place for private business development, which would eliminate the “desolating” phenomenon during "daily shifts."
Blocked building provides a sufficient density of the street development. Geometry of streets with numerous turns reduces speed within the block. The low-rise dwelling development allows making narrow passage and provides visual and acoustic contact with the street and other residents. The site location and complex arrangements, like the nearby forest, green alleys and parks will make inhabitants live a healthy lifestyle. Sophisticated infrastructure and green spaces create a mix of the urban and country lifestyle benefits.

Street section
Focusing on the different age and status categories of future residents, we have developed five types of buildings and five different interior designs to choose from, allowing a new owner to immediately move into a dwelling house.
Each house has two small yards. The semi-public yard facing the street, creates a buffer between the common area and the dwelling privacy. A private inner yard, hidden from strangers, will reflect your personality. It is a convenient place for having barbecue parties, breakfasts, reading, doing sports or taking sunbathe.
