The human- and environment-friendly architecture.
Houses are located in the natural hollow of the Walnut Park (Horihovyi Hai). This location definitely influenced the project idea. Maximum human presence in the nature is a major aspect of the complex concept.

The landscape is formed by the yard of three buildings, which is open to the city and the Boykivska Street.
The other side of the yard is smoothly dissolved in a green environment of closed cottages surrounded by cozy terraced areas.

An underground parking lot is arranged for convenience of residents of three buildings.

The buildings’ scale is made of their distinct frame structure. Due to terraces, it proportionally reduces the buildings volume in height. Visual perception is also facilitated by panoramic windows, emphasizing the integrity of the interior space and the park environment. Thanks to the open-air terraces, the house opens up to the green scene.
