Ivano-Frankivsk

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The site under development is in the southern part of Ivano-Frankivsk, southwest to the downtown, and is limited by the streets of the National Guard, E. Konovalets, O.Sorokhtey, V.Chornovil. The area, which used to host military units, belongs to promising undeveloped territories. According to the general layout concept, which is currently being development, the site is referred to the building land of the reconstructed territories.

The general layout follows the "city in the city" principle with preservation of the human attitude to conservation of the historical environment.
The "Green Axis" is a public space combined with related functions, namely educational facilities (a school, a kindergarten), sports, recreation (a multi-functional park), to give a jump start to open, "live" communications in the middle of the residential block.
Within the "green axis", a multifunctional innovation center will be constructed the city is short of, to give a commercial support for the rather expensive function of the public space.
